Yoga lessons every Wednesday morning at the VILLA EMPAIN

By Sandra Hasson

Who am I? My name is Sandra Hasson, I’m 45 years old and I have 5 children aged from 5 to 23.

I started practicing yoga with my mother at the age of 10, she was also a teacher. I quickly fell in love with yoga as I found it enormously relaxing and fun. In my teenage years I went on to follow other professors.

As an adult my methods evolved, however I have kept two constants : discipline and joy. During those years, I enriched my knowledge of yoga by following Jacqueline Mahillon and Simonne Van Gorp and I am currently working with Thierry Van Brabant in the teachings of yoga. I regularly take part in workshops of spyb and at events organised by the Abepy.

Now having practiced for over 20 years, I am offering to teach you Hatha Yoga, which is accessible to all levels.

We will work on the wholeness of your body gently but also intensely, and we will ensure to incorporate into our work the entirety of our consciousness.

Each session is divided in four parts : warm up, posture, breathing techniques and relaxation.

There will be no miracles… and to genuinely benefit from the positive effects of yoga, I warmly recommended that you practice yoga on a regular basis.

  • Lessons are every Wednesday from 9am till 10:15am (please arrive 5 to 10 minutes ahead of time; dress comfortable and bring a blanket to keep warm during relaxation)
  • Attention: NO lessons during the European school holidays.
