Museum Night Fever
Saturday 3 October 2020, from 7pm to 1am
On the occasion of Museum Night Fever, the Boghossian Foundation urges you to find your Simurgh!
During an evening around the famous Persian story The Conference of the Birds by poet Farid al-Din Attar, the Saouta Trio (saxophone, old and tablas), accompanied by dancers, invites you to take a plunge into one of the most famous Sufi tales. Combining two complementary arts, they take you into the footsteps of thirty pilgrim birds in search of the mythical Simurgh to recognize him as their king. A fabulous journey dotted with pitfalls, a symbolic route in search of the divine.
With : Manuela Fiori Schneider (dance), Célia Rorive (dance), Simon Mayer (dance), Akram Ben Romdhane (oud), Damien Brassart (soprano saxophone) and Bernard Flament (tablas)
