Armenians and Azerbaijanis have been on the threshold of all-out war since 27 September 2020. The object of contention is the self-proclaimed Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, which is the subject of ongoing mediation by the OSCE and the Minsk Group co-chaired by France, Russia and the United States.

Gaïdz Minassian will discuss this burning topic issue during a lecture to be followed by a signing session for his new book Les sentiers de la victoire, peut-on encore gagner une guerre? (The paths to victory, can one still win a war?)
