Portrait of a Lady

As part of the exhibition Portrait of a Lady, the Boghossian Foundation and the CIVA propose a workshop for children which combines painting, costume and model. Together, animators and kids will draw up imaginary portraits, stories and dreams inspired by the many representations of women that have marked history.

CIVA is a museum, an archive, a library and a meeting and discussion place for enthusiasts of architecture, landscape, the urban ecosystem and history in Brussels. Temporary exhibitions, debates, guided tours and children’s activities take place throughout the year.

With its educational programme, CIVA aims to make the young public curious about the city and its surroundings and to stimulate their enthusiasm to become its ambassadors! A team of experts, guides and animators proposes a wide range of activities for children to discover the exhibitions, the collection and the city.
