The Spitak music school
In 2000 the Boghossian Foundation renovated the Spitak music school and is still funding it.
More than 130 pupils learn to sing, to play the violin, the accordion, the piano and the Zither, a traditional Armenian instrument. After studying seven years, the best students are able to compete for entrance exams at specialist musical colleges.
The school has 18 class rooms and a large concert hall.
