Visiting the Villa Empain and its temporary exhibitions accompanied by a tour guide is a great way to get in depth knowledge on the building and the Boghossian Foundation’s approach. Thanks to our competent and professional tour guides, depending on the audience’s specific request, tours can be conducted in German, English, Spanish, Dutch or French. To guarantee their availability, it is essential to make a reservation at least 48 hours ahead of time. Tours can be organized every day of the week (apart from Mondays) from 11 am till 6 pm (last available tour starts at 4.30 pm), and have a duration of 1h30.
For security reasons and the comfort of visitors, guided tours are limited to a maximum of 15 people. For bigger groups, it is possible to book several tour guides. Groups of minors, students or disabled people, must be accompanied by at least two adults.
The tour guides adapt themselves according to the wishes of the visitors, and are able to shape the visit according to the preferences of the group, with emphasis on either the exhibition or the history of the Villa Empain.
Guided tours specifically for children are also available.
